PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece cover glass having superior antifogging properties capable of preventing fogging due to water droplets in various use environments and having long-term lasting antifogging effects, and to provide a timepiece including the same. SOLUTION: In the timepiece cover glass includes an antifogging layer on the inner surface thereof, the antifogging layer includes a photocatalyst exhibiting hydrophilicity by receiving light, and has a thickness of the 5 nm or less.
