PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-fitted sash which is superior in aesthetic appearance and water tightness and has excellent working efficiency. SOLUTION: This post-fitted sash includes a sash frame 7 brought into contact with the outdoor side surface of an exterior wall 3. The sash frame 7 is usable for both a terrace type and a window type, and comprises, on the outer periphery, fixed parts 14c, 35b for fixing the sash frame to the exterior wall.
