<p>Provided is a photoelectric conversion device which reduces cracks that occur in photoelectric conversion layers and is highly reliable. The photoelectric conversion device includes a laminated body formed by laminating a substrate, a pair of electrodes provided on the substrate and arranged with a gap therebetween, and a photoelectric conversion layer provided within the gap and on the pair of electrodes. Each of the pair of electrodes has a linear section along the gap and a first protruding section that has a curved tip end surface and protrudes from the linear section toward the gap, the linear section and the first protruding section being alternately arranged along the gap.</p> |
