<p>Disclosed is a display device with excellent visibility and improved brightness of display dots of different colors. The display device has pixels which comprise an odd number of sub-pixels (3 or more), and sub-pixels which are brighter than said odd-numbered sub-pixels. In the display device, sets of said odd-numbered sub-pixels are arranged repeatedly, and said brighter sub-pixels are continuously arranged in same direction as said odd-numbered sub-pixels; in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which said odd-numbered sub-pixels are arranged, at least one of the odd-numbered sub-pixels are arranged alternately with said brighter sub-pixels.</p> |
