The dispenser has spread nozzles (2) with different widths arranged at both ends of a body (1). The nozzles engage into indentations at the ends of the body by an elongation ring (5). The nozzles include elongation grooves (7) at free ends. The grooves are widened by applying pressure on the body so that mass located inside the body is pressed out. A spread lip (6) is arranged at the free ends of the spread nozzles for distributing the pressed mass. The free ends are closed by a lid (3), which is removable or openable by hinges (4).
