RELAY NODE AUTHENTICATION METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM

A Relay Node (RN) authentication method, device and system are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The present invention, referring to the field of communications, realizes a mutual authentication between a network side node and an RN, and accordingly establishes a Security Association (SA), thus ensuring security of the network where the RN locates. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes that: the RN sends an authentication request message to an opposite node, wherein, the authentication request message includes a certificate of the RN so as to enable the opposite node to authenticate the RN according to the certificate of the RN, and the opposite node is a network side node or a security gateway of a security domain where the network side node locates; the RN receives an authentication response message sent from the opposite node, and authenticates the opposite node according to a certificate of the opposite node, wherein the authentication response message includes the certificate of the opposite node.
