PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to obtain an adhesive with excellent water resistance, heat resistance and adhesive property, to attach the film with low water permeation or a hydrophobic film in a hydrophilic polarizer and to effectively adhere the adherents with different properties are the film with moisture permeability. CONSTITUTION: A photo-curable adhesive composition comprises: a polymer having a hydrophilic moiety and reactive functional group; an epoxy acrylate; and a hardener having a functional group reactive with the functional group of the polymer. The hydrophilic residue is a 3-8-membered heterocyclic moiety including nitrogen and oxygen as a hetero atom and a 3-8-membered heterocyclic moiety which has nitrogen as a hetero atom and is substituted with an oxo group.
