EU2+ ACTIVED SILICATE-PHOSPHATE-BASED LUMINESCENT MATERIALS AND PREPARATION METHODS THEREOF

Eu2+ activated silicate-phosphate-based luminescent materials and preparation methods thereof are provided. The luminescent materials are represented by the following general formula: (Sr1-aMa)5[(P0.67,Si0.33)O4]3:Eu2+ x,Lny,Xz, wherein: M is selected from one of Ca and Ba, 0=a3+, Sn2+, Pr3+ or Dy3+; X is selected from one or two of F- or Cl-; x, y and z are mole indexes, the ranges of which are 0.001=x<0.5, 0=y<0.2, and 0.1<z<1. Due to the fact that the excitation bands are wide enough to cover violet-ultraviolet-visible area and the emission peaks are blue-green and orange-red double peaks, it is advantageous for the luminescent materials to form white color LED with violet, ultraviolet or blue light-emission components.
