HIGHLY STABLE COMPOSITION FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION CONTAINING BOTH OF PYRROLOQUINOLINE QUINONE AND OXIDIZED COENZYME Q10 CLATHRATED WITH CYCLODEXTRIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally stable mixture to enable administration of pyrroloquinoline quinone and coenzyme Q10 at the same time, a composition keeping powdery form even after heat exposure and maintaining dispersibility in water, and a composition capable of improving absorptivity of coenzyme Q10 in oral administration.

SOLUTION: Thermal stability of a mixture of oxidized coenzyme Q10 and pyrroloquinoline quinone can be improved by using the oxidized coenzyme Q10 clathrated by cyclodextrin. As a secondary effect, the bioabsorbability of the oxidized CoQ10 can be increased by the method.
