<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management support device and a method with which a layout based on information faithful to a current state including the location of an article such as furniture that is not normally documented can be considered, and with which important factors such as pipes, valves, terminal boxes that are usually concealed in wall surface and the like and should be considered at a layout change can be considered without missing. <P>SOLUTION: The facility management support device synthesizes and outputs fluoroscopic image data presenting a fluoroscopic image with which a construction-stage image is viewed by construction-stage image data so as to transmit present state images of each place in a room by present state image data based on the present state image data (141) acquired by imaging the present state of each place in the room subject to facility management and the construction-stage image data (142) acquired by imaging in advance each place in the room in the construction stage in which presently concealed portions have been always exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
