<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating the surface of a metallic member, in which the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the metallic member are improved by surface treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The method for treating the surface of the metallic member comprises the steps of: heat-treating the metallic member 1, on which a surface-treated film 2 is formed by surface treatment, at the temperature higher than the usage temperature of the metallic member 1 by≥5°C to cause thermal strain on the surface-treated film 2; immersing the heat-treated metallic member 1 in a solution containing a fluorine compound and/or a silicone compound to impregnate the metallic member with the fluorine compound and/or the silicone compound; polymerizing the surface-treated film 2 with the fluorine compound and/or the silicone compound to further treat the surface of the surface-treated film 2 with the fluorine compound and/or the silicone compound so that the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the metallic member are improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
