<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of manufacturing unidirectional reinforced fiber prepreg wherein a reinforced fiber causes no scuffing and is sufficiently opened. <P>SOLUTION: The device of manufacturing the prepeg includes a guide portion for guiding a reinforced fiber bundle, a comb portion 9 for arranging the conveyed reinforced fiber bundle at even intervals, an opening device 2 for opening the reinforced fiber bundle using a roller 10 for opening, and a resin impregnating portion (laminator 3) which impregnates and compounds with a resin while moving the opened reinforced fiber with a roller 12 for resin impregnating. In the device of manufacturing the prepreg, the rotating speed of the roller 10 for opening is lower than the rotating speed of the roller 12 for resin impregnating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
