<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a powder-containing container, and an inspection method of the same, capable of inspecting efficiently and surely in large quantities, both of powder leakage and slidability at a coupling part between a container body and a cap of the powder-containing container containing powder which cannot be detected by a conventional manual work, and to provide a method for manufacturing the powder-containing container. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection device of the powder-containing container at least includes a rocking means for rocking the powder-containing container having the container body, containing the powder and the cap for blocking an opening part of the container, in a fixed state inside the inspection device; a rotation means for rotating either of the container body and the cap; a powder leakage detection means for detecting powder leakage at the coupling part between the container body and the cap; and a sliding torque measuring means for measuring the sliding torque generated, when either the container body or the cap by the rotation means is rotated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
