PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for conductive members having good plasticizer resistance and good processability, further exhibiting high adhesivity, not causing corrosion to conductive members such as a transparent conductive film including ITO, and a metal circuit, and not emanating foaming or peeling even under high temperature or high temperature and high humidity conditions. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for conductive members comprises a curing agent (B) of 0.1-3 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a urethane-urea resin (A) having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 50,000-200,000 obtained by reacting a polyamino compound (c) with a urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol (a) with a polyisocyanate (b).
