PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker extensively increasing the temperature of a cooking plate to a temperature enabling uniform and prompt cooking and maintaining the cooking plate at the temperature. SOLUTION: In the cooker 1 having the cooking plate 2 arranged on a heating body, a graphite sheet in which thermal conductivity in the surface direction has thermal conductivity anisotropy double-digit times as much as that of thermal conductivity in the vertical direction is filled between the heating body and the cooking plate 2.
