PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the lowering of the strength of a module structure while using a lightweight member. SOLUTION: This panel 102 of the module structure 105 for forming inner and outer surfaces on a skeleton assembly 1 comprising a three-dimensional lattice includes a pair of panel bodies 101, 103 which cover the lattice-like opening 23 of the skeleton assembly 1 from the inside and the outside, respectively, frames 109, 119 which are provided to the pair of panel bodies 101, 103, respectively, and fitted to the inner periphery of the opening 23, and bolts 133 for tightening the pair of panel bodies 101, 103 to each other.
