PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay server for more flexibly controlling streaming distribution. SOLUTION: A relay server receives a first streaming distribution request transmitted from a user terminal to transmits a second streaming distribution request to a distribution server in response to the received first streaming distribution request, receives content streaming-distributed from the distribution server in response to the transmitted second streaming distribution request, streaming-distributes the received content to the user terminal, and stops the streaming distribution of the content to the user terminal in response to the predetermined condition.
