PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor that prevents an electric field from concentrating to prevent occurrence of migration even when mounted on a mounting substrate so that an internal electrode is horizontal with respect to the mounting substrate and even when mounted so that the internal electrode is vertical with respect to the mounting substrate, and facilitates arrangement designing of the internal electrode. SOLUTION: Inside a ceramic element 1, a pair of parallel dummy electrodes 7 and 8 which are connected to one external electrode 2 and the other external electrode 3 respectively and have positional relation such that their in-plane directions are parallel to the in-plane direction of the internal electrode, and a pair of vertical dummy electrodes 9 and 10 which have positional relation such that their in-plane directions are perpendicular to the in-plane direction of the internal electrode are formed so as to surround a capacity formation portion M.
