PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a bracket for fixing an upper end side of an assist grip to a ceiling part of a cabin while securing required strength and to arrange the bracket to be attachable to the ceiling part of the cabin beforehand. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure of the assist grip, a plurality of roof reinforcements 14 for reinforcing a roof panel 12 are arranged in a beam-like shape to extend in a vehicle width direction at the ceiling part of the cabin and the bracket 30 to which the upper end part of the assist grip 20 is fixed includes a connecting part 321 connected to any one of the roof reinforcements 14 and flange parts 324, being in surface contact with the roof panel 12 by the roof reinforcements 14, which are adhered to the roof panel 12.
