<p>Provided are a communication apparatus, a communication method, a communication program and a band measuring system whereby, even if there occurs a variation in the processing times of packet transmissions, data can be communicated in such a manner that the band can be precisely measured. The communication apparatus performs packet communications in such a manner that the band can be measured based on transmission intervals, at which the transmission of each of a plurality of packets to be successively transmitted is performed, and also based on reception intervals at which the plurality of packets are received via a network. The communication apparatus acquires a variation in the processing times required for the transmissions of the plurality of packets (S2). The communication apparatus decides, based on the acquired variation, transmission conditions including at least the transmission intervals of the plurality of packets (S3). The communication apparatus sequentially transmits the plurality of packets in accordance with the transmission conditions decided based on the variation (S5).</p> |
