PURPOSE: An air conditioning device for a vehicle is provided to improve the durability of a sliding door by forming a thicker rubber guide groove than a rubber member. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device for a vehicle comprises air conditioning cases(110), a sliding door(121), a gear shaft(126), and rubber guide grooves(150). Heat exchangers are arranged inside the air conditioning cases. Guide pins(124) are formed in both ends of the sliding door to be coupled to both side walls of the air conditioning cases. Rubber members(125) are double injection molded on the sliding door. The gear shaft is rotatably installed inside the air conditioning cases and is coupled to the sliding door. The rubber guide grooves support pin guide grooves(140) for supporting the guide pins and the rubber members.
