<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power storage device having a storage battery in which water does not easily enter, and a power storage system. <P>SOLUTION: Since a box 10 is mounted on a foundation surface 56A of a solid foundation 56 of an underfloor space 11 located at the lower part of a floor member 58, the box 10 can be supported horizontally and the box 10 can be held in a stable condition. Then, an upper box 16 is covered on a frame 14 and a lower box 15, thereby, a housing space 13 constituted of the lower box 15 can be maintained with a certain pressure.
