PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal pail can which does not produce a crack on a can wall of a can body and can surely avoid leakage of a content even when an inward impact force is applied on a pivot part of a vine-shaped handle by falling down, collision, or the like. SOLUTION: In the metal pail can in which hat-shaped handle fittings 4 are welded and fixed on both sides in the radial direction of the upper part of the outer peripheral face of the can body 1, and folding-back hook parts 31a and 31a at both ends of a curved metal wiring material 31 constituting the vine-shaped handle 3 are respectively inserted and hooked into inserting holes 41 on the top face 4a of respective handle fittings 4, inside spaces 40 of respective handle fittings 4 are filled with cushioning materials 5 intervening between the can body 1 and the folding-back hook parts 31a.
