PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of minimizing a switch size, by preventing a voltage drop phenomenon, when a gamma voltage is output by a source driver of a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A gamma reference voltage output circuit of the source driver includes a gamma buffer unit composed of a plurality of gamma buffers which selectively output the gamma reference voltage required by a twisted nematic (TN) gamma voltage generation unit through internal switching operation, and the gamma reference voltage required by an in-plane switching (IPS) gamma voltage generation unit.
