SOLUTION: A method for forming both sides of the optical element sheet continuously in which a first optical element forming process for molding, forming, or printing a plurality of the optical elements and marks for alignment on one side of a base film using a roll mold and a second optical element forming process for molding, forming, or printing a plurality of the optical elements on the other side of the base film using the roll mold are executed continuously, the mark for alignment is detected between the first optical element forming process and the second optical element forming process, and the rotational speed of the roll mold in the second optical element forming process or the feed speed of the base film is corrected one after another on the basis of the results of the detection and an apparatus for forming the optical element sheet are disclosed.
