PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for focus adjustment of a lens barrel, capable of facilitating focus adjustment. SOLUTION: In the focus adjusting device 8 for performing the focus adjustment of the lens barrel 1 mounted on an inspection body, such as an imaging apparatus, guide pins 9 which can be inserted into recesses 10 formed in the lens barrel 1 in order to rotate the lens barrel 1, and a projection plate 4 for projecting an image of a chart 2 incident through the lens barrel 1 are provided.
