PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle approach notification device capable of suppressing the generation of an unnecessary alarm. SOLUTION: The vehicle approach notification device 1 includes: a notification candidate recognition part 11 detecting a notification candidate positioned at the periphery of a vehicle; a collision probability calculation part 13 calculating a risk degree (collision probability) that the detected notification candidate and the vehicle collide with each other; an alarm decision part 14 deciding whether or not to issue an alarm to the notification candidate based on the calculated risk degree; and an alarm control part 19 issuing the alarm based on a decision result thereof, and stopping the alarm when an input for stopping the alarm is performed.
