PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method etc. of diagnosing slope protection work wherein a vibration is surely given even to an incline and more accurate determination information is acquired, because of being less affected by measurement conditions, and so on. SOLUTION: A vibration generator 9 is driven to generate a vibration. Then, vibration data (received vibration information) of slope protecting work 1, which is an inspected body, are detected by an accelerometer 7. Measurement data processed by a processing apparatus 15 are transmitted to an analyzer 13. Then, the measurement data processed by the processing apparatus 15 and data on the vibration generated by the vibration generator 9 are acquired by a vibration information acquiring means of the analyzer 13. Furthermore, a cross spectrum is calculated by a cross spectrum calculation means from acquired vibration information. Then from the acquired cross spectrum, phase characteristics are calculated by a phase characteristic calculation means, while the characteristic frequency is determined by a characteristic frequency determination means.
