PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively chargeable toner which is excellent in low temperature fixability and offset resistance, has a wide fixing temperature range, suppresses the generation of fog and deterioration in blotted image follow-up properties, and is further excellent in initial image density characteristic. SOLUTION: The positively chargeable toner comprises toner base particles containing a binder resin containing two polyesters which are different in softening point by≥10°C, a colorant and a positively chargeable charge control agent, and an external additive, wherein the two polyesters are a polyester A having a softening point of 105-140°C, a glass transition temperature of 30-55°C and a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-45,000, and a polyester B having a softening point of 140-170°C, a glass transition temperature of >55 to 80°C and a weight average molecular weight of 45,000-150,000.
