PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve for opening and closing a flow path which improves the sealing performance for an opening of a flange by inhibiting a deformation such as the recurvature of the flange in the periphery of the valve for opening and closing the opening of the flow path. SOLUTION: The valve 30 includes a valve body 40, a pressing member 50, and a seal valve 60 sandwiched by both the valve and the valve body. The seal valve 60 includes a thin flange 61 formed in the periphery, an annular first rib 63 which is formed inside the radial direction of the flange 61 and protrudes at a given height from both the adverse and reverse sides of the flange 61, a thin section 65 which is formed inside the radial direction of the first rib 63 and is thinner than the first rib 61, a second rib 67 which is formed inside the radial direction of the thin section 65 and protrudes at a height which is substantially equal to or lower than that of the first rib 63 and rises from both the adverse and reverse sides of the flange 61 and further is formed thicker than the thin section 65, and an insertion hole 69 which is formed inside the radial direction of the second rib 67 and is inserted by an engagement claw 52 of the pressing member 50.
