PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of reducing a pointing error or pointing fluctuation caused by the state of a liquid to be measured. SOLUTION: The measuring device for measuring a specific physical quantity of a liquid to be measured Ls includes: adjusting liquids L1 and L2 for adjusting the liquid to be measured Ls so that the physical quantity can be easily measured; adjusting liquid addition sections 31 and 32 for adding the adjusting liquids L1 and L2 to the liquid to be measured Ls; and a measuring section 10 for measuring the physical quantity of the liquid to be measured Ls after the adjustment.
