PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional rigidity adjusting device capable of adjusting torsional rigidity without using a long bar member such as a torsion bar. SOLUTION: The torsional rigidity adjusting device 20 includes: a rotating shaft 21; a rotating member 30 rotatably supported to the rotating shaft; a plate spring member 40 fixed to the rotating shaft and extending in a radial direction; and locking members 50 protrusively provided at the plate spring member side end face of the rotating member and locked to the plate spring member to transmit the rotation of the rotating member to the rotating shaft. The rotation of the rotating member is transmitted by locking the locking pins to the plate spring member, and bending rigidity generated to the plate spring member 40 is turned into torsional rigidity and applied to the rotating shaft. This torsional rigidity adjusting device is suitably used for a testing device for testing a shift feeling of a transmission. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
