PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of oil level detection of lubricating oil in a compressor by a thermistor. SOLUTION: A scroll compressor (10) consists of a casing (11) which contains an oil storage part (12) storing lubricating oil therein to allow a refrigerant to flow thereinside, a thermistor (41) which is arranged inside the casing (11) to detect existence and non-existence of lubricating oil stored in the oil storage part (12) and a thermistor cover (51) which covers the thermistor (41) to allow lubricating oil to flow around the thermistor (41).
