Present invention relates to effervescent formulations comprising cefaclor and clavulanic acid and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, enantiomers, racemates, organic salts, inorganic salts, esters, polymorphs, crystal forms and amorphous forms and/or combinations thereof suitable for oral use in treatment of infectious diseases caused by resistant bacteria. Active agents, when dispersed in an effervescent matrix, have surprisingly provided a clear solution. The obtained solution form has eliminated the disadvantages that are present in the dosage forms known in the art and furthermore it provided various advantages by means of use and bioavailability. |
