<p>A seat pan with improved structure comprises a pan base (1) fixed on the top of a pneumatic pressure rod and pivotally connected to left and right connecting rods (2) of a backrest frame. A rotating shaft (3), a spring (4) and a spring-rotating base (5) are provided in the pan base (1), and the spring (4) is coiled around the rotating shaft (3) and located inside the spring-rotating base (5). The rotating shaft (3) passes through the axis center of the spring-rotating base (5) and is fixedly connected to the spring-rotating base (5). The two ends of the rotating shaft (3) are fixedly connected to the left and right connecting rods (2) of the backrest frame. Two racks (10, 12) meshed with each other are provided in the pan base (1). One end of one rack (10) is located in a sliding chute of the spring-rotating base (5), and the other end is pressed against a spring (11). The other rack (12) can slide in the pan base (1) so as to engage with or disengage from the aforementioned rack (10), and is connected with a pulling handle (16) by a pulling wire (15). One leg of the spring (4) coiled around the rotating shaft (3) is pressed against the cavity wall of the spring-rotating base (5), and the other leg against a sliding block (6), which can move up and down and is threadedly connected to a screw (7). The top of the screw (7) is provided with a rotating disc (8) connected to one end of a rocking handle (9) by bevel teeth. The seat pan has the advantage of simple structure, convenient operation, small size, light weight, and ergonomics.</p> |
