PURPOSE: A manhole cover is provided to facilitate to open a manhole cover in the inflow of foreign material. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover comprises a manhole cover comprises a guide hole(20), a slider(30), a sliding axle(31), a hinge connecting part(62), a connection stick(32), and a shock absorber(40). The guide hole forms on one side underbody of a manhole cover. One side of slider is inserted into the guide hole. The sliding axle passes through the guide hole as one side configuration of the slider. One end of hinge connecting part is connected with the sliding axle, as the other side configuration of the slider.
