<p>A positioning device is disclosed. The positioning device includes a bonding manipulator (120) and a positioning clamp (130). The bonding manipulator (120) is provided with a rotary axis (121), a rotary arm (122) and two suck heads (123a, 123b). The rotary arm (122) is mounted on the rotary axis (121) and is perpendicular to the rotary axis (121). The suck heads (123a, 123b) are mounted on the two ends of the rotary arm (122) and the distance between the suck heads (123a, 123b) and the axial center of the rotary axis (121) are equal. The positioning clamp (130) includes a main part (131) and an auxiliary part (132). The main part (131) is provided with an installing hole (134) which is corresponding to the rotary axis (121). The two ends of the main part (131) are provided with station holes (133a, 133b). The distance between the station holes (133a, 133b) and the installing hole (134) are equal to the distance between the suck heads (123a, 123b) and the axial center of the rotary axis (121). The matching connection between the main part (131) and the auxiliary part (132) fixes the main part (131) on the rotary axis (121) and should be released. The adjustment for the horizontal position and symmetry of the suck heads (123a, 123b) of the bonding manipulator (120) by using the positioning clamp (130) has the advantages of simple and fast adjustment, low cost, and high adjusting accuracy. A positioning method is also disclosed.</p> |
