PURPOSE: A seat buffering device for a viewing chair is provided to make a seat of the viewing chair from being slowly folded by the pressure of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A seat buffering device for a viewing chair comprises a seat fixture, a hinge unit, a damper, an inner groove, and a reciprocating bar. The seat fixture fixes a seat back and a seat between armrest side plates. The hinge unit(10) folds or unfolds the seat. In the damper(30), the reciprocating bar(32) is projected from the inside of an operating unit(21). The inner groove forms a hanging tool inside the damper bar. The reciprocating bar is projected outside by a cylinder.
