<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for displaying suitably and visually recognizable information even when the observer's line of sight moves. <P>SOLUTION: A virtual image and the pupil center formed on the cornea of a driver 100 by infrared irradiation are imaged by a visual field camera 5. A control unit 8 detects the line of sight of the driver 100 based on a picked-up image, and keeps constant the peripheral visual field acuity of an image 10a to the line of sight of the driver 100 by expanding and contracting the display size of the image 10a displayed on the display device 10 according to variation in retina eccentricity E of the detected line of sight with respect to the display device 10. Thus, even when the line of sight of the driver 100 moves, information display is allowed by the suitably and visually recognizable image 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
