PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which correction of image data through detection of anode voltage of each pixel for compensating deterioration of luminance of a light-emitting element requires a memory for storing correction data of all pixels and a correction circuit.
SOLUTION: A display apparatus includes a light-emitting element, a transistor that determines a current supplied from a power supply line to the light-emitting element depending on a gate voltage of the transistor, a capacity that holds the gate voltage of the transistor, a first circuit unit configured to allow the capacity to hold a voltage of a data line, and a second switch which cuts off the current. A voltage proportional to the change in voltage of the light-emitting element before and after the current is cut off by the second switch is added to the voltage held in the capacity, and the resultant voltage is applied to the gate of the transistor.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
