<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multivalent bound molecule which prevents a mis-folding with scFv molecule. <P>SOLUTION: The first scFv(1) is connected to colicin E9(2) to produce a fused protein, the second scFv(3) is connected to Im9(4) to produce a fused protein, and then the colicin E9(2) is bound to the Im9(4) to produce the multivalent bound molecule. Since the colicin E9(2) and the Im9(4) do not have a cysteine residue, mis-folding by the cysteine residue on the production of the fused protein can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
