<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To systematically distribute a series of series documents, e.g. series documents desired to be read in order, to each user. <P>SOLUTION: A document management system includes a document management part which determines another document to be printed and availability of the printing from a document ID and a user ID. An optical code obtained by encoding the document ID and the user ID is attached to a document, the code is extracted from the document scanned by the scanner of a multifunction peripheral, the document ID and the user ID are found by a decoding part, a new code including the document ID and the user ID is added to the other document determined by the document management part, and the other document is printed by a printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
