<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: even if the speed of a mounting machine is improved and dark-color ceramic is used to improve the mounting accuracy, the image input level (luminance) of reflection light from a suction surface of a suction nozzle is still high when detecting the position of an object to be sucked by casting light from the camera side, and therefore the position of the object to be sucked cannot be easily detected and the mounting accuracy is inferior. <P>SOLUTION: A vacuum suction nozzle has a suction surface for vacuum-sucking the object to be sucked at the tip, and is made of the dark-color ceramic. The suction surface has grooves in columns, which are substantially parallel with one another, and an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of a roughness curve, described in JIS B 0601(2001), in a direction orthogonal to the grooves in the columns is 0.017 to 0.06μm. Reflection light is suppressed to lower the luminance, there is no displacement or falling of the sucked object, and the time to detach the sucked object can be shortened, which improves the mounting accuracy and transfer efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
