<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server system, client device, program, information storage medium and the like in which stable communication is enabled in a P2P relay system. <P>SOLUTION: A server system includes: a receiver for receiving information from each of nodes on a distribution network; a transmitter for transmitting information to each of the nodes; and a node management section for performing node management processing over the distribution network. Contents are distributed from a content distribution source node on the distribution network to a content distribution destination node in accordance with a P2P relay system. When a communication velocity at a novel participant node requesting content distribution is determined as meeting a communication velocity condition of requested contents, the node management section retrieves a connection destination candidate node of the novel participant node from among participant nodes on the distribution network. The transmitter transmits, to the novel participant node, notification information mediating the retrieved connection destination candidate node as a distribution source node of the requested contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
