<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent aliquot and dispensation method capable of preventing the contamination of an operation fluid or the drop of liquid droplets at the time of the waiting of a reagent aliquot and dispensation nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The reagent aliquot and dispensation method has a waiting process for arranging a first air layer 110 between the interface of the operation fluid and the nozzle tip of the reagent dispensation nozzle 24, a first moving process for moving the reagent dispensation nozzle to the position immediately above a reagent, a second moving process for immersing the tip of the reagent dispensation nozzle 24 in the reagent, a reagent dispensing process for filling the reagent dispensation nozzle with the reagent, a third moving process for retracting the tip of the reagent dispensation nozzle 24 from the reagent, a reagent protecting process for arranging a second air layer 112 to the tip of the reagent dispensation nozzle, a fourth moving process for moving the reagent dispensation nozzle 24 to a reagent dispensing position, a reagent dispensation process for discharging the dispensed reagent, an operation fluid protecting process for arranging the first air layer 110 to the tip of the reagent dispensation nozzle, and a fifth moving process for retracting the reagent dispensation nozzle 24 to the waiting position in a state that the first air layer 110 is arranged to the tip of the reagent dispensation nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
