PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label with a release sheet, wherein an adhesive layer of the label is appropriately separated from a release layer of the release sheet and the label is appropriately released from the release sheet even when a release agent containing no silicone is used for the release layer of the release sheet, and the label is sufficiently adhered to the adherend without decreasing the adhesive force of the adhesive layer to an adherend. SOLUTION: The label with a release sheet configured so that the label is releasably stuck on a release layer 12b formed on a release sheet 12 by an adhesive layer 11b formed on at least one surface of a label 11, wherein a polyester adhesive is used for the adhesive constituting the adhesive layer, and a long-chain alkyl-based non-silicone release agent having an alkyl group having 2 or more carbon atoms in a side chain is used for the release agent constituting the release layer.
