PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic spring with a straight-line spring axis, excellent in elasticity and mechanical strength, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The ceramic spring has a spring outer diameter of 0.01-100μm, a spring pitch of 0.01-10μm, a spring length of 1.0×10<SP>-5</SP>-20 mm, a rupture strength of 80 MPa or more, and a mono- or double-gyroidal shape with a straight-line spring axis.
