PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition plate of a vehicle that converts an upper shield member which is in a spread state or a folded state from one state into the other state in a simple operation manner, thereby separating a driver seat side space from a trunk side space of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The partition plate 20 includes: a first lock mechanism 40 that is provided in the upper shield member 24 and disengageably latched with regard to an anchor provided in the ceiling (upper side of cabin); and a second lock mechanism 60 that is provided in the upper shield member 24 and disengageably latched with regard to an anchor provided in the lower side of cabin. The partition plate 20 includes a common operation handle 50 that releases the latching with regard to the anchor of the first lock mechanism 40 and the latching with regard to the anchor of the second lock mechanism 60.
