PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active acoustic control apparatus outputting a cancellation sound in accordance with change of transfer characteristics even when the transfer characteristics from an alert sound output means outside a vehicle to a sound cancellation target position inside the vehicle are varied. SOLUTION: A cancellation sound signal generating means 22, 22a of an active acoustic control apparatus 12, 12A detects the change of transfer characteristics from an alert sound output means 16 to a sound cancellation target position Pt, 28, and changes output characteristics of a cancellation sound CS in accordance with the change of the transfer characteristics.
