PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot mat with an advertizing function which enables the advertisement to be replaced without replacing the foot mat itself and can timely respond to a request for a change in the contents of the advertisement. SOLUTION: A foot mat 10A provided with an advertising function comprises a foot mat body 11 which has a predetermined area, a support plate 13 which removably supports an advertisement sheet 12 which displays a predetermined advertisement, a mounting space 14 which is continuously connected to the foot mat body 11 to keep the support plate 13 disposed, and an affixation frame 17 which removably affixes the peripheral edges 15 of the support plate 13 to the peripheral edges 16 of the mounting space 14.
